Blog Spam will hopefully go down now that blog developers and search engines colaborated in a way to combat blog spam. By adding the attribute rel="nofollow" to hyperlinks, the spammer’s site will not get an increased page rank with search engines. The big 3 search engines (Google, Yahoo, and MSN Search) have already signed on to recognize the tag. I am happy. I have been hit by blog spam almost everyday now. I can not wait until WordPress incorporates this fix. Now if we can find a fix for email spam.
Picasa 2
Google has just released Picasa 2.0, a photo editor. After seeing the reviews, I have to say wow. This is a great free progam to help organize your digital photos. I use Irfanview for basic touch ups on my photos, or when I don’t want to use Paint Shop Pro, yet Picasa can do much more. Just check out the website for all the features. I can not believe people would pay money for something like this, but Picasa is free to download.

Download Acrobat Reader 7
The new version of Acrobat Reader is out. You should go download it right now and uninstall your older version. Yes it has been out over week, but many people still do not know.
What is Acrobat Reader?
Well it is the program you have to use to read .pdf files used by many organizations like the IRS.
Why should I download it even if I have version 6 or lower?
Version 7 is fast. I mean really fast. I stayed with version 5, because version 6 was so slow opening even the smallest .pdf files. Version 7 can open my largest .pdf files in seconds.
