I just wonder how many people will call looking for an unlisted cell number. The story says you can call customer service to ask for a refund if the number is unlisted. Who is going to bother with that, most people can&#8217;t even find a real person to talk with. <\/p>\n<p>Start looking very closely at your monthly statements for your opt-out form or you automatically get listed.
